I update my website on a regular basis. What is the best way to let my visitors know what is new on my site?

News Ticker?
Scrolling/Flashing Text?

Post the news, on twitter, facebook, and other social utilities. Only post when you have something half interesting. People will find ya. It doesn't happen overnight.
