$150 Logo Contest ~ 1 Week ~ Feedback Given

This is not going to be your run of the mill logo contest. I expect absolutely top notch submissions for the $150 prize. Bring your A game and be creative!

Rules:

1 One winner only
2 Contest will end on the 15th
3 Winner paid by paypal
4 Feedback will not be given on Saturday or Sunday but submit anyway I will give feedback on Monday.
5 If a suitable logo is not submitted within the specified time then we reserve the right to run another contest as an invite only contest

Requirements:

1 Be as creative as you can be. Blow us away!
2 We will need the logo in .ai, .jpeg and .psd
3 Winner releases rights of ownership and copyright on the final design

The name of my company is Takeout Taxi and we are a 3rd party restaurant delivery service who delivers food from restaurants to homes and businesses in the Houston Metro area. Our url is www.takeouttaxihouston.com

Please do not draw inspiration from our current logo it is staid, boring and dated. We like very clean lines and very crisp graphics but other than that we have no creative requirements. The logo you create for us will be used in print as well as online so give us your best effort.

Nice but doesn't really convey the message of food or delivery. The url does not need to be incorporated in to the design.

That's a good start. Our tagline is actually "We bring the restaurants to you" but please don't use that we are moving away from that as well. We use "Point.Click.Eat." in a lot of advertising now so if you are going to add a slogan use that one. Not crazy about that font either. I'd like to see a few more ideas from you

Everyone - We want this logo to stand out! So create, innovate, show us something we've never seen or thought of before. I want this to be the logo in your portfolio that you are the most proud of and the one that will make your future clients want to work with you.

Was a pre, thanks for the feedback, I am going to change it. I will choose one font from my best selection.

a piece of advice to other designers - I think that if you leave crossed silverware (after you finish your meal in a restaurant) means that you didn't enjoy the meal... might not be the best ''symbol'' to use in the logo...
