Hello, I would like to know of a tooll that would check top 1000 positions from google and let me know my position for a particular keyword from ALL the google pages ( i.e. from google.sa,google.kw...) from every google domain language (bulgaria, french, danish, canadain).. Please share it with me waiting for urgent reply

But I want all the results to display at once..not click every data center of google and see the results

See above. You really will have to pay for that task, either with money or with your time spent for switching between datacenters. AFAIK there is not 100% free solution that would meet your reqs.
I have used and seen it.. and I guess it still does not show results from all the search engines at once.. u have to click each one.. one by onee

I think there's no such software as of now checking all datacenters at once. What's your idea of checking the 1000 SERPs in different datacenters?
