ive made changes to an xml file in a flash template for a site and after a few minutes the changed content returns to the original.... ive cleared computer and browser cache, same problem.
all changes to the .xml revert to original after a few minutes, please any one know how to resolve this?

flash sometimes uses it's own caching system. Try loading the xml file directly in your browser, holding shift down, and pressing refresh.

Or you could try just iewing it in a different web browser alltogether

Have you tried viewing it from another computer?

add a cash buster to the code that loads the xml by appending ?ran=randomStuffGoesHere to the XML filepath, this will ensure that flash will load the latest XML without cashing neither by the browser nor your ISP!
