Moving multiple *identically named* files into one directory?

    1000 folders, all with a different "image.jpg" in them. (so that's 1000 x image.jpg files)

I want to move all the image.jpg files, and have them all in ONE directory.

    How do I do this?
I'm happy to rename them, either randomly, or sequentially, or whatever.

I'm using XP. And can run PHP/Perl scripts locally if I must. Nerds, I need you.

I use Professional Renamer v2.75. It is free. There is "Process Subfolders" button. Then you can create your renaming mask for all files located in these subfolders
