    Zoo World Secrets - ZooWorldSecrets.org

If you're wondering what Zoo World is, it's a popular Facebook game by RockYou! It hasn't quite yet risen to the popularity of games like Farmville or Mafia Wars, but it's getting there. The good thing about this niche is it's not overly competitive and saturated like the Farmville and Mafia Wars niche.

I've promoted Farmville Secrets (a guide for Farmville) in the same way I've promoted this product and this product has made more conversions with less hops, and as you can see from the names on the revenue screenshot, most of the people who have bought this product are females, so that could be something you could consider when marketing this site, but you don't really need to do anything to this site as it already gets traffic on its own.

ZooWorldSecrets.org is a simple WordPress powered affiliate site that promotes the Zoo World Secrets strategy guide, Zoo World Secrets (http://www.zooworldsecrets.com), which is a product available for affiliates to promote at Clickbank.

The site provides a basic overview of Zoo World Secrets and lists the main features of the product, along with a download link at the bottom, which is actually an affiliate link that leads to the Zoo World Secrets homepage.

    How does ZooWorldSecrets.org make money?

For every person who clicks on the download link and decides to buy Zoo World Secrets, you earn a commission of $17.99. This product is currently the only guide available for Zoo World and was created by Tony Sanders, the same person behind the famous "Farmville Secrets", so you should have no problem making sales with this one.

    Revenue stats:

As you can see in the screenshot below, the site made 7 sales in March, with the most recent sale only coming in a few days ago. The total NET revenue earned from the 7 sales is $125.46 (NET revenue).

I will update this thread if I make any sales during the sale.

    Traffic Details:

You'll be glad to know that the site receives only organic traffic, mainly from Google and articles I've submitted to Ezinearticles.com and Articlesbase.com.

The articles I submitted help bring in constant traffic. Traffic is also consistent from relevant google searches. I have also promoted the site through social bookmarking and by posting a few links on Zoo World fan pages on Facebook, but the majority of traffic still comes from articles and google.

I am no longer actively promoting the site. I've pretty much left it alone after the first week, where I spent most of my time creating the site, writing articles, and promoting it.

You can just leave it if you want, as the site already gets traffic on its own, or you can submit more articles to help increase the traffic. As you can see from the screenshots below (particularly the daily visitors screenshot), traffic has been consistent without any work on my part.

    Monthly unique visitors:

    SALE:

    BIN Price: $320

I have relisted this site for the BIN of $320 because the BIN buyer from the previous auction fell through, and as per my terms, I reserve the right to relist my site for sale/auction if either the highest bidder or the BIN buyer falls through.

    Reason for sale:

I have a new site underway, but the problem is it cost me quite a bit to get it created (design/script), so I'm left with limited funds right now. Not much that I can use for the promotion of my new project/site. ZooWorldSecrets.org is the only site I have right now that I feel I can quickly sell for a decent amount of money to kickstart the promotion of my new site.

I would have happily kept this site if my new project never came to be, but alas I am now selling this site. I have also decided to relist this site at a BIN price since I don't really have the time to wait for another auction to finish anymore.

    Payment:

Payment accepted via PayPal. If you are located in Australia, I can accept direct deposit.

If you're interested, please either post or PM me "sold" to claim the site. Please make sure you are serious about buying the site before posting "sold" because I don't really want to have to relist this site for sale a third time. I hope you can understand.

Last of all, thanks for looking!

My apologies, I made a mistake in the original post and put an old monthly screenshot which didn't show the updated totals for March, and the total for April.

This has now been fixed and the screenshot has been updated.

    Thanks.

You don't need to. You can just leave the site as it is because it is already getting consistent traffic from Google and articles I've submitted.

You could try submitting more articles to rank for more keywords, and link back to this site.

You could also submit videos to YouTube, DailyMotion, MetaCafe, etc. with titles like "zoo world guide", "zoo world cheats", "zoo world hacks", etc. and link back to this site.

You could also try marketing the site on Facebook.

Lastly, you could comment on some Zoo World blogs with a link back to the site or post in some Zoo World related forums, or even comment on some popular Zoo World videos on YouTube!

The reason for the last sale not going through has nothing to do with my site.

The buyer backed out around 10 minutes or so after bidding BIN due to lack of funds.

He said he would contact me if he manages to sort out his server problems and gets enough funds, so I gave him some time but he never got back to me.

I decided to relist this site for sale because I could not wait anymore, and I really need the funds for my new site.

Again, it has nothing to do with the site at hand.

How would the new owner handle the risk of being shut down by the developer of Zoo World?

There should be no problem with that. I have promoted other games by RockYou in the past and had no problems.

RockYou isn't exactly like Zynga when it comes to their trademarks. Zynga is definitely more vigilant, while RockYou seems to be more lax. Also, there have been NO instances of RockYou filing lawsuits in the past, they have only ever been sued themselves. RockYou is a smaller company compared to Zynga, and their main focus isn't games. They are more focused on profile addons (slideshows, etc.) for the popular social networking sites, and not entirely focused on games as Zynga is.

Anyways, point is I haven't had any problems with RockYou in the past year, not even a DCMA or any kind of contact from them. My site also does not use or display the official zoo world logo, or any trademarked images.
