    Can I withdraw money from paypal without giving PAN card number ?

    So far I have never provided PAN card to withdraw money but I have recently not withdrawn money so let me see.

    Basically I asked this question because, If I withdraw amount will it create any problem ?

    If you're indian then Without PAN card, you can't activate your paypal account.

    Things have changed a lot from 1st of April with Indian government insisting on PAN number on each and every transaction! Paypal might not be making it mandatory to quote the same as of now... but I guess, it will surely do so in the near future! :(

    You can try yourself. If you ask about my experience, they did not let me even login when their policies got updated. They let me login only when I entered my PAN number.

    I am sorry but I guess you have not been well informed. One could always get on the account overview page... by clicking on the Paypal logo at the top of the page... where the PAN number notice showed up! :)

    Ohh i did not notice that , i entered a fake no to get access to my account , maybe now i have to get a pan card to avoid any problem with my account.

    When you try to open a new Paypal account the form asks for PAN as a required information (it is not marked as optional so I guess it is required to complete the registration)

    I've not submitted my PAN card number as of now,as I told it before I've applied for it just few days back...:)

    You have withdrawn money, but did you gave your PAN card number or not before withdrawing ?
