    I prefer (-) , way easy to type than (_), since it`s need ( shift + _ ), the easier, the better.

    I beleive most search engines will parse out dashes ( - ) and basically consider them spaces.

    Many above ones alreay told you dash (-) is better and I do agreed. I would give you another advice, even if it's good to use dash to separate each word but you should not over doing it. More than 10 dashes per one url may raised up a flag as spammy site. :)
