creating unique metatags for each page in wordpress

in the header.php file for this site, http://www.diveneycue.com, the following information is contained:

<meta name="keywords" content="12 unique search terms separated by a comma and space">
<meta name="copyright" content="Copyright YourCompany - 2008">
<meta name="author" content="Author: Your Name/Company">
<meta name="email" content="Email: suppport@yoursite.com">

but the header.php file feeds all the pages of my site. so how do i generate a unique description and keywords for each page of my site?

You can get a wordpress plug-in that will allow you to do that. Try either Platinum Seo or All In One Seo Pack, they both work really well.
