NO WAY! Generating millions of backlinks is ridiculous and pointless, and impossible. Google doesn't even have that much BLs. As of today, it only has 149,000.

 

I think its not that a good thing to get millions of backlinks in a very short period but its a very regular task to do that can bring very good improvement to the site, the only thing is to gain is consistency for the work.
