    In my own experiences online service like seogroup.com/evaluation/ or SEO tools like IBP would give out a probable answer for such issue. :)

    you can analyze the site.. check backlinks, rankings, if its indexing by google well, and also the number traffic.. etc etc.. there you can tell if its SE friendly..

    My friend, SEO is a continuous process, its not like that you stop when you think its enough. If you want your site to maintain the first position then you have to continuously work and do SEO.
