Has anyone been getting a lot of traffic from BING?

Hi,

I continue to get the majority of my search engine traffic from Google. Yahoo runs a somewhat distant second. I do get some hits from BING, but not close to what I'm getting from Google.

Does anyone get a lot of traffic from BING, and if so, do you have any advice for optimizing your site/blog with BING and getting it higher up in the rankings?

 

i think you must consider to do SEO techniques (on page and off page) more better...
try to do that with focus and continues ...

On Page Optimization :
select and improve keyword in url, title, pages, keyword tags ..

Off Page Optimization :
blogging (walking and commenting)
social bookmarking
social networking
article submission
forum submission
press release submission
internet marketing

My movie website is getting hits from bing over 200-300 daily. Add your site bing.com/webmaster as @Tomastamm mention.

 

am not very much relying on bing, i aim for google - it's like if i get clicks from bing it's just a bonus
coz there isn't much people using bing they go for google
and aside from that i think bing doesn't update it's algo regularly, hard to rank

 

I am getting some decent traffic from bing.com, but I havnt been trying to. Seems like it might be worth some extra effort tho

Bing is nothing. I hate bing coz difficult to rank in.

 

I have received lots of traffic from bing in the past - it's great for "new user" type searches - remember, everybody who searches from their "Start" homepage in vista and higher can end up at bing.com

 

Each search engine works a little differently. On my first site I got 90% of my traffic from yahoo because it was higher in keyword ranking, even though Google is the more used search engine. Same thing happens with Bing

 

Bing will not help in any way with getting traffic to your sites, Google is the major player.

 

I get next to nothing from bing.

 

I get 2000-3500 visitors per day from bing.com

everyday have some link back to my site, don't have conversion rate..but still worth something

 

Google has 90% search market so i am focusing on google not yahoo & bing.

 

I don't get much yet but I suspect that as the months go by more and more users will start to use Bing and more traffic will come...I guess more competition too though

 

Bing is a waste of time. I have never seen anything productive from them.

Bing is one of the top 3 SE's in many places - how so you can it is nothing?

You are an SEO yet can't get ranked in Bing? It's not difficult to get ranked in! What are you talking about?

They advertise on the TV here in the UK so are hardly nothing!

 

I get a lot but in my country Bing is much bigger then Yahoo for instance
