The site is not promoted since long time.So the traffic is very less.If this falls in the hands of a good webmaster I am sure you can make a lot with this website.

Hello goodhuel the actually this domain has changed hands of two other owners before.The first and actual owner of the site created the domain in 2007 and had sold it.I purchased from the second owner recently.The existing articles are unique

My thoughts:
Seller bought an expiring domain with good pr and then turn it to a health blog.
or he had the domain and spam with it to get good pr and then turn it into a health blog.

It's also suspicious that the owner blocked archive bots...

 

It's true, if you follow the link that nobodyok posted, it will take you to what appears to be a Blogger account using the domain. The laundry list of articles is clearly layed out on the side of the page. Not sure if this is a good investment after all. I wonder what impact this will have on the PR when Google does it's next update.

 

Hmm well I bought the domain and content from another owner.I don't know what he did with it
So, the buyer can always change the website to whatever he wants or do some little work to keep up the PR.
