AlertPay Verification Problem. Verified account became UnVerified again.

    Hello,

    I am having strange issue with my alertpay account. After my account was verified, today morning i saw my account status again as Unverified. I dont know what the hell is going on with alertpay...

    Their call number is always busy so cant talk to them over phone. They dont answer support ticket which i created.

    Strange problem, as u send support ticket to them, they will definitely reply u within a week.

    my account not even verified yet, more than 10 days of waiting but no email from alertpay that they disapprove my document or what, its just, nothing. i dont know what happen to alertpay support at this time. they are not there when we need their support.

    This is what the problem is with almost every payment processor. They are too slow in making a reply to support tickets. I think every payment processor should have a live chat support system in their site.
    About alertpay support, sometimes they are quick and sometimes they frustrate in replying to support tickets.

    Their support is sometimes slow and sometimes very fast. They will definitely help and solve the issue.
