Why my website ranking stable on google ranking position is 12 from 3 months please suggest me what i need to do for coming my site ranking is Top 10

 

By doing the following seo off page activities on regular basis with get your website keywords ranking in the first ten results of main search engines like blog postings, social bookmarking, article submissions, high PR directories submissions, forum postings and blog commenting.

According to my experience create blog on particular keywords in wordpress and blogger , for example there is website of hotel job then we crate blog on keywords hotel job, as the same you should create blog according your keywords , if you will create blog then you will get permanent link and permanent links help getting index and ranking for keywords.

I have already 2 blogs 1- site blog and 1- blogger but my keyword not inculcated in my blogs URL so i can create a new blog ?

i think you competitor is have very powerful backlink and PR make quality backlinks and some use extra ordinary to your competitor

 

If you had come ALL OF THEM and in a proper way you must have surely gained a lot of good SERPs for many keywords.
