I got first two clicks in my blog(Adsense). It amounted to $0.55. I want to know that how the amount Per Click is Calculated. Which ad was it ? What was the keyword associated ?

What keyword? Well, what's your site about? I bet that will give you a good indication.
Which ad? No way to know.
Per Click Earning depends on many factors...the competition for that ad, the whereabouts of the visitor etc

That's impossible to know. Adsense pays you a percentage of the money the advertiser pays Google per click. So for example if the advertiser puts 1$ per click, you could get 0,80$ ;)

you will find the per click amount varies over time. sometimes mine ranges from $0.01 to $0.16 and more. adsense can be unpredictable that way.

Cool little tech blog. I would suggest putting more ads on there and blending them, get rid of that black background on the ad. I only see one ad on the blog. The one in your signature anyway.

It can be exciting to see you actually got some clicks and earned something. Don't get too excited yet until you continue to see that or more regularly. Sometimes it is short lived. It can be a roller coaster at times with ups and downs. Hope you are successful and earn a lot with adsense.

Somebody posted a graph with the Google Adsense total earnings and another graph with total paid to Adsense publishers -- from there you could see they paid 70%-80%, it could've been changed though since that was from 2000-2008 but we'll never know for sure ;)

No way to understand the computation of Adsense earnings. The earnings basically depend on the country of the visitors, the content, the advertising cost.

Congrats on getting your first 2 clicks. I first got mine with one click at $1.15 a long time ago. I was so happy that I brag it to my girlfriend. lol. Although the next click was 2 weeks later.

To monitor what ads are getting clicks, use Adsense Channels. Try to use the adsense codes instead of the blogger add google adsense widget. You can find this in your adsense account. You can name the Ad with the same description with your placement or ad size that way you will know which is performing better.

I too had got so much excited when I got my first clicks... You need to do a good keyword research for that. Go to google keyword tool ( simple google search will help you ) and then check the cpc rate of each ckeyword. This way you would know which keyword gives you the maximum payout. But its not necessary that ads related to those keywords would only come on your page. For that you should have sufficient keyword ratio on your page.
