    Im selling it because its a very good domain name and I think I can flip it for quite a bit.

    40,500 avg monthly search volume

    The site was indexed yesterday evening, it ranked #7 or 6 I cant remember on Google for rthdcpl, got $47 in CB sales
    now the site is gone but it should return. I dont think it sandboxed though. Its too early to tell what kind of traffic it'll actually get.

    If I dont get a reasonable price I'll keep it.

    Yes I know its not on the first page which is why I said in my previous post that it had gone. I am aware of this! lol Although having said that it had disappeared in my previous post I just got a Google.at referral from about 15 minutes ago.

    They like to play little games with some of my sites. They index them, then the next day they're out, then they come back a few days later.

    Because it's a .com AND keyword rich it will rank very well once it comes back to the first page, and it shouldnt be hard to push it to the #1 spot with a few high quality backlinks.

    My original intention was to put Adsense on the site but I didn't get approved so instead Im monetizing the site with Clickbank/Revenue.
