I think you'll find that most of the people are here in this section of DP because they either want to make money with CPA ads on their sites, or because they already are. Many thousands of DP members are making money with CPA offers promoted on their websites .
There is also few networks having gateway protection so user needs to complete CPA offer (survey, email,...) to get to website valuable content... these are cpalead, adscendmedia, instantdollarz, perfecttracking, ... they have also classic CPA banners and offers.
Well if you know what you are doing with your site then you can certainly make money with CPA be it any network. Sign up with any big or small company that has good offers that suits your site niche and you can make money with them. Thanks

Ads4dough, peerfly, its all depends on your niche, just because you have a site doesn't mean putting up cpa ads is going to get you conversations. Try yahoo answers, facebook, and your landing page should be optimized correctly. All together this will help.

i dont think CPA will work well on our main site but it is great if we put it on our landing page which it will convert well.
yes it is very easy to put a banner on your sites for quick cash - because you already have the traffic. and if it doesnt work than you can always switch to other offers or affiliate programs

CPALead is great - I've got a steady $300 p/m from them with maybe 5 or 10 mins work a week - not a big amount, but also not my main income source.
I think if you can find a CPA offer that is appealing to your niche it might be more profitable than just run CPM ads. To think of it, the advertisers who run ads on your site should make money off of your traffic, so, why not keep all that profit to yourself.
