Did you find what you are looking for yet? I read your post that you are looking for a professional Joomla designer. Go to any freelancer sites and hire a Joomla designer from there. I know those are good places to hire professional designers, even personal assistants if you have a need for one. One particular site where I found some people to help me with my website is at Odesk. I hired a personal assistant who can inform me about meetings and stuff. I also hired a few data entry experts to help me move data from one site to another site. Good thing about freelancer sites is being able to view the freelancer's resume and portfolio on their profile page and find out what skills and experiences they have. It would help you decide in selecting the right people for the job.
