    guide me any suggetion in design and features part if u have.

    I think this is not best so i want to know from u all expert.

    tell me Can i design like this or i have to change design......

    I really like the design, looks professional. However I would change the logo because the transparency isn't correct in some browsers. Furthermore it looks similar to other real-estate websites so I think you're on the good way.

    Yeah your design looks much impressive but some blending effects are required to make the site template outstanding introduce an attractive background relevant to real estate

    I see some illustrations of the properties...condo buildings etc. If you have real photos I think those would look better, but I'm assuming you're working with everything you have. A light background color might help improve the 'featured builders' area.

    Like everyone else said, it looks good and very legit. Make sure to use high quality images that are sharp and crisp. Will make a big difference.

    IMO, fill up colors or anything else to the backdrops instead of the white background.

    Maybe I would swap section Featured Projects and Featured Builders :) References are more important... just my 5cents :)

    Your site clearly needs some work even though it's "based" off of another site you should atleast try a different colour scheme and maybe do some reordering on the content to atleast give it a unique feel, you don't want people thinking that you do business unethically.

    The second row with the featured builders steals the eye from what you want the site visitor to do... I would make that less of a presence. One way to do that is to make the residential/commercial tab space larger - really bring focus to it.
