    Hi
I have a main company site , that domain doesn't have keyword.
I have multiple domains purchased with keywords in domain names.
they all are having live websites on each domain.

Can the other domains link to main site? is it still allowed in Google or its a spam to have other domains pointing to main domain.

If you do have it as 301 redirect i dont think it will have any issue. I suggest have one website with keyword domain and use it as main. I feel having link farm using the multiple domain may end up in penalty in google .

If you have different -3 IP address of both sites then there is no issue if you hoting both domain on same IP then don't do internal linking it can harm your main or other site as well...

It doesn't matter about different ip addresses for each domain, google will still figure out that you have a network of sites all linked together.
You may be penalized or at least those links devalued.
If the content of all of these websites are very similar, then it's really best to put them all on one domain.

As per my thoughts, Having Unique ip's will work at all. You just have the each domain located at different hosting and then can inter-linked each other site to the main site. We do this when launching micro websites for promoting a single big product via different domains , just to create more potential of better web presence and to generate traffic from every possible sources available online.

its just not the backlink that counts, its the value of backlinks that matter most. just for the sake of having a backlink, buying or setting up a site on a new domain doesn't really worth it. since the new domain will have not much authority or link popularity of its own, the backlinks or 301 redirection will not really help you much. its just more maintenance and paying for all the domains on a yearly basis without much benefit. unless you develop all the sites on the new domains and actively promote each and every single one of them. better setup some web 2.0 pages on high authority sites like squidoo, hubpages, blogger, wordpress, etc and bookmark those pages. you will get better benefit with lot less maintenance and recurring domain renewal fees.

google may or may not find you but that's not really the point, if you were going to use those other sites for any form of seo you would be best exchanging links with using them, that way you're unlikley to get in trouble. and if you've got private registration and the domains are on seperate IP's you should be ok.just make sure that they all link to one place and only that one place don't connect them all together.

You can get all of them linking among themselves, but please consider this.

    1. Each of those site has to be hosted in different class B+ IP for safety reason.

    2. Each domain should have different ownership according to whois. Privacy protection cannot help in this case. :)

    3. The pattern of link should be different. If all sites linked to main site in the same patterm, footer for an example, it could be a red flag. You should mix the type of link (Header / Sidebar / Footer / In homepage content / In inner page content, etc.)

    4. The anchor text should be varied either.

    5. All other sites except main site must not be linked among themselves.
