the layerd panel license is transferable with this?did you buy the package that comes with support from them?when is server bill due and with what company is it with?

 

templates - the layered panel is transferable, yes. The VPS is hosted with NetEdgeTechnology, and the server bill is due on the 20th of each month. Included with the server cost is full support. If you have any problems at all, you just open a support ticket and it is fixed very fast.
