Drink Lots of water, Eat vegetables and fruits like Tomato, Raddish, Orange. One can apply mashed Papaya with honey on face, leave it for 15 mins. and wash with normal water, it will give a fresh looking skin. And ofcourse one need a Sound sleep as well for 6 to 7 hrs. atleast.
good sleep..washing your face regularly(3-4 times everyday)....avoiding overuse of make-up.....eating healthy...drinking adequate water..should do the trick.
Drinking water definately helps but what about drinking milk also? Combine milk every morning with a cup of cheerios and you get alot of vitamins that are good for skin. Oatmeal is good also
