rewindd web hosting - Horrible experience STAY AWAY I had recently a few months ago purchased hosting from redwindd hosting at www.rewinddclients.net or www.rewindd.net and it has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had when it comes to hosting and I have had quite a few over the past 10 years. This company is very unprofessional and beyond that my site was down approximately 10-15 times in the short few months I was a customer. I had 4 sites on there 3 where not even used but for email hosting and thats all and the 4th was hosting my simple php page for an online game guild website and had maybe 50 users a month traffic with WHM reporting bandwidth usage of 0.1 mb / month just the other day they suspended this site and when I contacted them about it they told me that this site was using too many resources and that I had to pay an additional $7.50 to reactivate the site. Now this site is so small and so localized traffic from our online gaming guild that I knew this was complete crap so I asked them for proof I said all the logs I see on whm contradict that statement and they refused to give me the logs and prove it. Needless to say I had to pay them the $7.50 just to get the site reactivated so I could take a cpbackup to get the site elsewhere. So yes horrible experience but what can ya do. Here is the Actual ticket from them where they ACTUALLY threatened to sue me if I made this post expressing my opinnion on their service. So Here it is and I guess I will be getting sued soon.
