    And I mean by inputting a keyword to see where you site ranks up against that keyword. It's not possible to do through googles official site due to SOAP keys no longer being available. But there has to be another way. Any comments?

    there are lot of sites on the net you can find, one of it is checkpagerank.net

    For firefox, use SEOQuake, which gives best results

    You can use different tools and sites like Google Toolbar on the top most and mypageranker.com is a best site to check valid page ranks and other details. You can use SEO quake Extension also to get better result.

    I use Firefox's Google Toolbar... also very helpful for foreign sites when using the Google Translate feature... I also use the Alexa Rank tool

    I use SEOquake in checking PR while searching on google. It shows the details of the site like PR, back links and alexa. It shows more if you just customize it.

    you can check google page rank with your Google toolbar, just install pagerank feature when you will isntall google toolbar. Results will appear instantly and you can track your pagerank anytime by opening your own website.

    The best way least intrusive way is to do an "advanced search" then search for 1000 results. then do a control ctrl+f and enter the url you are trying to find, and you can scan pretty quickly. Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more advice.
