Want to hire candidates for these things.. URGENT

Hello there,
I need the following jobs :

1. I need someone who can prepare an EXCEL from extracting data from a directory that i will say. He just needs to extract data from a given field & prepare an excel.
This is like NAME, PHONE NUMBER , EMAIL & prepare an excel.
Just needs copy and paste from ONLINE DIRECTORIES.
This will be around 10k Entries or may be 15k , not more then this.

2. I need a female candidate who can do cold calling or telecalling for my company. This needs to be done 3-4 days for 3-4 hours per day. We can sort it out once we talk.

The above NUMBER 1 work can be done by any one. Provide me rates for PER HOUR, PER 1000 LISTINGS or which ever way you charge.
But for the SECOND one , i need a girl from NEW DELHI , INDIA or NCR region only.
