    i am nearing 30 and still living with my parents. my parents insist on having my own home so that they could setup my marriage with pride. i was recently thinking of taking a home loan to do construction for about 15lac. recent paypal issues, delayed everything.

    what am i thinking, is one day or another you will certainly need a house and it also helps to avoid family problems :(
    What else a person needs - a home, a car and a woman. Thats enough for this life!

    Own an apartment, 17 years old. Uni student Yes mortgage, I pay using some of my own money some my parents give me each month and some a mate is chipping in to live there.

    Thank God I don't own one. I've been free to travel for 4 years without any worries associated with ownership of a house.

    I do own a home. I don't pay my mortgage completely from my internet earning. My day job as a mortgage processor pays the bills and puts the money into my retirement plan. My internet earnings is my fun and toy money LOL
