Is it possible to display TEXT widget on "Select Posts" only?

I have a strange (well, I think it really is weird) need.

I want to display a specific text widget only on the home page and hide/avoid on all other pages/posts. Example- the widget should always show on the home page, regardless of the post but not on any other posts and pages. Is there a way?

 

Write here option_value of the option_name "sidebars_widgets" of the table wp_options from the database and I will write how to do it.

 

I will really need to understand this. I didn't expect it to be so technical intensive. So, let me check where I will get all these things first. But thanks for offering to help, Ruben.
