Need Sugestion for choose a most SEO friendly Domain

Hi guys,
I want to start my new business .
there are several domain for me to choose,
Keywords.cn 1
Keywordsfactory.com 2
Keywordsmanufacturers.com 3
Keywordssuppliers.com 4

Which one is better? As we are factory and will export products globle.

If you don't mind, show me as follow:

And why?

I can say 2=3=4 because it contains the keywords followed by words like factory, manufacturers, suppliers, etc. The keywords is what matters most. If it is present in the domain name, then well and good.. If such domain name is still available by all means go ahead and register it fast lest somebody else may register it before you do.

1)write your business in a white paper (it should be meaning full and short)
2)go to google adword site and search for the above written term to see what is the highest searched term related to it.
3)mix and match to find a short, descriptive,meaningfull,easy to remember.
4)if it contains more than one word seperate it by "-"
5)finaly check the availability of the domain and modify it accordingly.
