    Everyone seemed to agree that google was going to come around the end of the month and they were right....
    Does anyone know when the next time will be?

    google update is every quarter of the year, maybe at the end of this month so its better to focus all your efforts on building your backlinks, creating an informative and fresh content, improving your site navigation as well as the design and tags of your website for a better result after the google update.

    Google just recently (a week ago) updated the google index, PR etc. The next update will be 2-3 months from now on, and it might coincide with the Caffeine update. Matt cutts said Caffeine is live on one datacenter, and when it spreads to other datacenters, the next update will also happen simultaneously.

    Generally very 2 weeks to actually cache a page depending on pagerank which determines how many pages will be crawled and how often. For a new site this can take up to 4 weeks.
