Think about your question. If the article directory has instant approval, what does that say about the quality of the directory.
^^ It means the quality of the directory is shite, who on earth would use an article directory if the articles listed were not checked before inclusion?
I guess Goarticles is the one. But I would suggest you for Ezine Artciles which is the best among all, even if it requires an approval.
Its best to use approval sites and i agree that ezine articles is one of the best, plus they will guide you.
Why would anyone want to use and automated approval site to submit an article? Unless of course the article is of poor quality, they have been spun by a software and make absolutely no sense or they are just spamming with their articles.

However, it's good if you have a lot of spun articles to post for quick backlinks.
Well I get mine approved on Ezine Articles within one day, I mean its not instant but close enough, course I have Expert Author Status, so I'm not sure if that would work for you.
Just to be clear, Go has changed their rules and you now cannot have more then 1 link pointing to any 1 site. Makes things a little more difficult, no?

Alright, I've complied my own list and often fall victim to people spining my content from my blogs for autoblogs. I don't find my content on sites like ezines since I believe the screen out what they feel may not be original. I too like instant approval sites since I want immediate results, but there's something to be said about someone else reviewing, approving, and just being patient.
