Naming titles for an article

Hi all! Want to know what is convention in naming titles of an article? For example, lets say I am writing about something incredible. So I would like to name my article "This cannot be true!" But which version is correct, is it:

    1. This cannot be true!
    2. This Cannot Be True!
    3. This Cannot be True!

I have seen so many styles, makes me confuse. So can anyone help shed light on the matter? Thanks!

Check the guidelines on the article site you are submitting them to. I have seen some sites that say you are not supposed to capitalize the first letter of every word, but others recommend it.

I prefer number 2 than others. This Cannot Be True!

Yeah, it's better to capitalize them all
