Wht's the reason?

Google scrawled this home www.estuarylabs.com on 9th jan 2010...after tht Google's spider didn't scrawl it.

What the reason for it? is it due to flash content?

 

yups.. google bot can't read flash content yet, you should make another ordinary HTML page

For some time now Google can index flash. Do a search on Google for "google index flash" and you'll see it's true.

Even so, for best results it's recommend to have a HTML version too

 

have you been adding content on your site or building backlinks? if you keep building links, googlebot will visit often following the pages linking to your site. if you keep adding fresh content, googlebot will also visit to index the new pages

 

Content is key, if you don't update the site regularly, they won't bother checking every often.
