Buying SEO Service with monthly budget $200

I am looking for SEO services on a long term basis. My budget is $100 to $200 per month.

The job is for one website … I look after many for clients, friends, and some websites of my own.

The website to work on is well established, over 3 years, top 10 serps for many of its target terms.
You will be given one KW phrase as a focus, but I am looking for general SEO to improve overall website trust and of course traffic.
