Anyone else got the email alert after withdrawal (Indian Paypal Users) ??

I initiated a withdrawal on 11th. Haven t got money yet in my bank account.

 

Did you add your PAN Card Details asked by Paypal during your withdrawal session ?

 

Wait for 2 days the money will be there in your bank account

 

I do accept this fact, when Paypal already ensure that money will be in your account in 5 - 7 business days, than I think you must hold on till the deadline.
I too initiated a withdrawal on 11th March and money have yet not arrived in my bank account, in the Email it is clearly said that "Money will be in my Bank Account by 20th March"

So I think I need to wait for 20th and after that there will be an issue to worry.

 

That's is exactly what I am going to do in this year's return.
Talked to my accountant and he said the same.

 

That is exactly how majority of us are likely to show too... but then, there is no denying the fact that it brings in a bit of uncertainty as I.T officers are known to disallow many actual expenses as 'deductible expenses'!

They are not asking PAN details whenever we do withdraw, even on withdraw page.

 

I have added PAN details before initiating withdrawal. So paypal dint asked me that during withdrawal process.

Actually I am not worried yet. Its actually my first withdrawal through bank account. So just curious how it exactly works.

 

Actually few days back while logging to my Paypal Account, they asked my Pan Card Number, immediately I opened my wallet and entered my Pan Card Number and proceed to my account. So I do not think I will be having any problem in withdrawing money, I am still in dilemma that if any person do not enter their Pan Card details, will there be any issue in withdrawal ?

There is no official news on Paypal Blog regarding withdrawal policy change and regarding Pan Card adding compulsion.

Meanwhile I will be checking my Bank Account after 6 PM today to assure about present withdrawal status,

Will be back at 8:00 PM IST to update everyone regarding my withdrawal

 

No money has been deposited today. Tomorrow is holiday. We hope for Wednesday at best.

its holiday in almost all major RBI clearing centers, but if few of them are working will know if anyone gets a deposit in their bank !!

 

Well, Show only the amount you withdraw into your indian bank acccount as income. So you wont have much problem with that.

I also initiated a withdrawal on 11th. No funds in my account so far(15-Mar : 7.30 p.m).
I have successfully added my PAN card details, then why this delay !!

 

Boss i have done a withdrawal on 10th n no fund yet

 

Same problem with me too,
As I have posted earlier that I have initiated withdrawal on 11th of this month but still no sign of money in the account inspite of adding my Pan Card details also.

I think for all those who initiated the withrawal on 11th, must wait till 18th when all the holiday session will be over, if till 20th there will be no sign of funds in the account, it will be hectic again.
