$75 Logo Contest!

The logo is for a website for a company called Aurum.

Aurum sell a skincare and beauty range aimed at high earning women between the ages of 21 and 40. Their chief selling point is the use of gold within the range.

It is vital the logo sells this gold connection. Ideally we want gold as the main colour, perhaps some sort of pastel yellow, maybe combined with something like cream or black.

Anything else is up to you. Keep it as classy as possible and make it as interesting as you can. The content will finish on Tuesday at 23:00 GMT. We reserve the right to not choose a winner or extend the contest if we've not found what we are looking for.

We will need the winner to supply us with a high quality copy of the logo and a PayPal account is required to transfer the money.

Sure, I'd say we're looking for something roughly 'wide', say 3000 x 1000 pixels? Feel free to make to mess around with that a bit, but we aren't looking for a square logo right now.

 

Tightwad, I like the concept very much, but I think it's a little too hard to figure out if you don't already know the company name. Perhaps you could do something similar but make the letters a bit more defined some how, so it's easier to identify at a casual chance. Also maybe try using yellow/gold?
