If you have money and no time: i recommend buy link at YAHHOOO.. best $300 you will ever spend.

6 to 10 page rank? i have yet to see websites with page rank 9 to 10
Best advice i can give is to donate to red cross and ask them to post a link on their site. .ed and .gov sites do amazing things to google spiders and spiders do amazing things to your site
