    as per my knowledge this is being done to prevent indexing of content as duplicate by google & these are the urls of the labels which appear in the /search

    You cannot change the blog robots.txt file.

    The sitemap line is there to give you some basic coverage for all search engines. One problem with the sitemap line is that it uses the RSS feed that limits to the top 25 items. It could have used something like this to get the top 500 lines.
    http://aramnet.blogspot.com/feeds/posts/default?orderby=updated&start-index=1&max-results=500

    If you want to use the 500 line feed as the sitemap you can still set it up in Google Webmaster Tools.

    You cannot upload files on blogger platform. I think only image uploads are allowed.

    Blogger is a nice starting blogging platform but if you want more control over your blog
    you have to change it to a more traditional web hosting.
