BMW or Mercedes Benz, what do you like ?

    depends on the type. Id prefer a BMW sedan or hard top coupe, however if it was a convertible that I was after I would go with an SLK Mercedes.

    I have to say Mercedes, though I'm not a major fan of either. To me a Mercedes or a BMW are pretentious and are never driven by anyone you'd like to spend a week with.

    However, I had an A-Class on test for 3 days and I l found it to be the most spirited, funkiest little car I have ever driven that I extended the test to one week and then to two weeks. It's unpretentious, as comfortable as you'd expect a Mercedes to be and a damn sight more fun on a road than a Murcielago. It is the only car either manufacturer has put out (excluding the McLaren SLR) that I actually like.
