It is definitely possible if you do it right. If this is a niche you know about or some big idea then you should be good to go. If you mean you are going to buy, design and promote the site within 30 days and get 2000 it might be a little harder because you will need all the content and work out the buys in your site. besides building links doesn't happen overnight

No way man!Its not that easy, even if you work hard... are you doing that all by using adsense and affiliates?
I don't think that I or anyone can really say if it is possible or not. I do know there was this guy over at Wealthy Affiliate that made around $14,000 in around 3 months. All he did was write article after article. He never stopped. I think anything is possible when you put your mind to it. Now I will say that if you want to achieve that, it is probably best to start with a niche that has low competition. I think you would have a better chance achieving your goal.
Thats not a problem at all especially if you were to use CPA, and a bit of SEO you could turn around the 200 in a week flat
