Site 1: The green boxes make the blue text hard to read, other than that not too bad.

yep..u r right...i would definitelly change the green techicolour...its really not good ..well for my eyes for sure...

 

You have good sites with a better PR,
You just consider the content font color n first website.

Well, these both blogs are very good but at SITE2, there is too much text so please decrease the too much text from there because as we know that the people feel frustration while going through the whole text, you can add some animation instead of text... Over all, both blogs are very helpful and very good and related to the niche...

 

Site 1 looks ok, but text on recent posts isn't readable, some other link color should fix it I guess
Site 2 looks great, no complains.

I actually really like them both, well done. I would recommend changing the green tables on the right side to make it more legible.
