Well, first, they have to get out of Beta. Then, they have go a few months testing their scalability with the US population of publishers. As that grows, they attract new advertisers and so on. Once they have a firm foundation, they begin exploring the international sector. If you want my professional opinion, which should by no means be taken necessarily as factual...I'd give it anywhere from 9-12 months.
I think it will be at least six months. They don't really have enough US advertisers, and a much smaller base of foreign. They still need to work out a lot of bugs with the program, and I think they aren't making any money while they are in beta so they probably want to wait to keep from losing any revenue on financials.
eagerly waiting for ypn to launch in India cause i was listening this from some thing around 3 years that ypn will come but waiting and waiting !!!

Huh, who knows now with the merge with Bing and all. It hard to say... Could be never. Look for another network for the time being.
Its strange that even while yahoo has been pioneer of sorts in the web, it still has not pulled up its socks and jumped into the diversification of web. Googles primary source of income is ad publishing and advertising. Yahoo is just about happy with a 40 percent stake in google, when google makes profit, yahoo does too . Given the laid back approach, it will take more than a year for yahoo to open its doors for foreign publishers i.e publishers out of america
