Comes with allnukestuff.com, and is a digital product with resell right store. It has over 300 licensed/copyrighted products for sale. Unique theme and licensed eStore script, and users buy their products via paypal.

The site receives 150uv's/day and is ranked position 1 for "resellable digital products" and first page for "digital products with resell rights". (used to get around 30 uv's/day but I boosted with adwords and azoogle)

Average income/month for the last 6 month's is around $30 with absolutely no promotion.
No other income sources although you could easily insert adsense in the sidebar and header (via admin panel)

Price: I only sell as a package BIN is $350 I probably could sell for more but this site deserves a good admin with time to manage these sites.

Why am I selling: As you may have guessed, no more time, I have other projects running and cannot see this site die because of innactivity.

 

Is this site banned on AdSense? Apologies for raising this doubt. But if it is not, could you please put up the AdSense ads to help in the purchase decision.

Not banned from Adsense at all.. I just decided like 6 months ago to stop using Adsense, so I cannot test run it right now. Allnukestuff.com has 50%+ Search Engine Traffic, and I remember making $5/day from adsense a year ago or something.
