I can not even ping your website. You may consider changing you web hosting provider.

You can a cheap host first of all, then you may upgrade if it is required. You can ping my website from the signature, i'm using this hosting.

Hope I could help you anyway.

Try switching your host. If you've got the money, start using HostGator. There's plenty of coupons that you can save a lot of money. Plus, they're reputable and have a decent hosting experience.

Why would you move the site or add programs without knowing the reason *why* it is slow to load?

You need to troubleshoot your site. Save a copy of the home page under a new name like test.htm. Then rip out all the content. Put one or two words on the page and see how it loads. If it is still slow, take it up with your hosting service. If it loads quickly, then start adding content back in to see what causes the problem.

I would definitely get rid of the 4500 characters of hidden text at the bottom of your home page. It appears to be garbage, but Google does not like hidden text and may penalize you for it.

Loaded about average for me but if you want to speed up your site use caching of pages along with a decent web host. Some web hosts pack so many shared accounts onto one server, yours could be running slow as a result.

The one thing I noticed was all your thumbnails on the index page were coming in at 15-20kb each. I keep my thumbnails at 2-5kb. Might not make a huge difference but when you got a lot on a page it all adds up.

After we have followed some of the recommendations in the Google Webmasters Tools (GWT), our site speed is now faster by 150%. Look at the issues stated on the GWT that causes your site to load slow.

It is definitely the host you are using. The theme is not that graphic intensive, so that is not the issue, and your code looks fine/acceptable. I would simply move hosts!

Well, you have to make a very good balance between the text and the animation so that the user can see a very good combination between the text and the animation... so in order to increase the loading time of your website, you must decrease the animation in your website so your website can be load in few seconds.... :)

If you go to Google Webmaster Central, google will clearly give you why your site is slow and also gives you recommendations!

You have some routing issues. Everything from the DNS to the sending, waiting and receiving is slow. You have 57 requests and 400kb to download from the homepage and all that wait time adds up quickly. It took me almost 40 seconds to load your page the first time on a T3 connection. If they cannot help you, I recommend switching to hostgator.com; they have provided me excellent service and support.
