    I recently changed my meta tags for my website bestcustomcomputer.com. When i search google for best custom computer my site comes up second but with the old meta tag describtion. How long does it take for the meta tags to update?

    normally it takes a week or so to crawl your site for the first time, after that googlebot crawls your site time to time, and all the sites resides in google cache, and they will put in the list after the google update. it normally take place every month or 40 days.

    If your position is good enough, then you needn't change your meta description. Sometimes, your change will affact your position a little. Specially your inbout link is very few!
