Unauthorized Adsense ad code has been placed on my website http://99galleries.com

Hello,

I am Pooja Srivastava from Lucknow and my pub id is pub-3797403980350839. I reported Adsense Support regarding this issue that someone is continuously changing my pub-id from my website http://99galleries.com, I come to know the details about that hacker from my webhosting company http://startlogic.com.

Hackers details :

Fake Name : Nidhi
pub-id : 4031338339689844
Email id : hotnagarkotirakesh@gmail.com
Ip-address : 118.94.44.171


Now he continously access my FTP and changes my Adsense Pub id to his Pub-"4031338339689844". Startlogic.com cannot resolve this problem they are hopeless rather they provide hacker all my details, reset the password and send it to his/her email address, I am highly disgusted with this issue. I contacted on hackers email address hotnagarkotirakesh@gmail.com to warn him but he/she says that he will do it again and want some share from me.

Guyz what to do ??????

Change web host asap

 

change hosts and reverse payment, dont give those kids a dime.

 

He has earned much enough from my website beacause he always hack my website on occasions. Can adsense credit my money back and disalable his Adsense account?

Ofcourse i have reported it to Adsense.

 

send the details provided by your host along to adsense team. it will act as a proof and they will do the needful.

 

Report adsense again along with your evidence and change your web hosting site. Extreme move should be to change your sites template or code.

 

Well which script do u use its surely some suspicous php file has been uploaded.. pm me if u need help fixing this

 

it's not an adsense problem, it's a hosting problem, contact the host, change your password

 

Switch to a new hosting company; your current company's security measures are obviously deeply flawed. Also contact AdSense to have the scammer banned.

 

I have talked to my webhosting company startlogic.com they said their Engineers are working on this issue till then they suspended my Website. Startlogic Engineers will contact me via email after that it is possible to backup my database.

Thank you all finaly i have shifted my website to another hosting company.

 

but i have lost some of my database from December.

 

Again, why do people use these stupid resellers? Use a real hosting company and 99% of your problems go away. Did you move to a real company or just to another crap reseller?

 

Cant someone get into HIS computer if they know his IP? not that I condone it but yanno.. fight fire with fire as they say

Well change your cpanel and cms admin password, if it doesn't solve the problem; it means the hacker has the host admins password!
