    I am going to start my new website but i am facing some confusion that are,
    I am not sure that where i can get low expensive domain name.
    Can the domain name company provide hosting service,
    I am not sure what should i do,
    Any help needed.

    I think what you realy need for now is free domain and free hosting, try www.co.cc for domain and www.000webhost for hosting. If you feel enough with 'having a website' experience, buy real paid domain and hosting here, it's recomended with a great service and allow you pay monthly.
