Yes Sure is.. A better way of checking is to look at the google cache here http://72.14.221.104/search?sourcei...4-48,GGLD:en&q=cache:http://www.ggevents.com/

    This is G o o g l e's cache of http://www.cambridgerentcontrol.org/ as retrieved on 20 Aug 2006 14:45:15 GMT.
G o o g l e's cache is the snapshot that we took of the page as we crawled the web.
The page may have changed since that time. Click here for the current page without highlighting.
This cached page may reference images which are no longer available. Click here for the cached text only.
To link to or bookmark this page, use the following url: http://www.google.com/search?source...4-48,GGLD:en&q=cache:http://www.ggevents.com/

Google has cached http://www.cambridgerentcontrol.org which is a PR5 ( never mind it diverting to http://internetplanners.com/ym.htm )

Nope, I'm not doing that. I grabbed the domain name in august as it expired. The pagerank is inherited from previous content and current incoming links.

And, may I add that it could be a good and nice gesture to ensure yourself of relevant circumstances before calling people scammers.

I still think you're scamming. The fake pagerank tool clearly shows you're spoofing PR from another domain.

true, but as a potential buyer id rather have people point out even slight suspicions--if it's a legit product/service it shouldn't be hard to clear up any accusations or questions..

You may think whatever you like. Well, take a look at the domain's history:
    http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.GGEvents.com

And you might consider the fact that the last PR update was carried out BEFORE I owned the domain name.

I had never even heard of the method mentioned at monetizers.com. Stop insulting me. Now.

I just don't like being accused for using methods I've don't even heard of. If you're suspicious, please ask for an explaination before condemning.

I have no interest in what you do or your domain, but I WILL defend myself.

You're not BEING accused, I used a tool, which shows one thing. Not my problem. I just reported it.

And perhaps YOU were scammed and the last person set that up to do that, who knows.

    Good day.

Lots of fakes being sold at DP Lately :(

Time for buyers to check the stuff before they buy :)

Can you let me know how you determined it's a genuine PR5 domain? To me, the PR appears to be spoofed, the cached version of the page is that of another domain, which is likely where the toolbar PR value is from.

I would be wary of any Fantastic PR5 Domain Name sold at eBay (especially for $17.57). ;)

Its ridiculous, you want to sell sell it even after seeing its fake. You surely deserve red for this.

Check the google for yourself by using query info:http://www.ggevents.com

In addition to the screenshot, the FF toolbar only shows a 3 for the domain ;)

    Let the rep bombs fall...

Well, that's a proof. The first and only reliable one (I've found a couple of examples where monetizers.com obviously doesn't report correctly - PM me for details).

I've obviously been scammed when I acquired the name. So, don't bother bidding, folks.
