We run a mobile advertising network that serves banner display ads in iPhone applications. We provide a publisher API.
The publisher SDK is written using objective C, with the back-end being in PHP.
Some of the features of the mobile ad network includes allowing advertisers
to start campaigns, target specific categories, and bid on them.

Publishers are given a cut of the revenue, which can be specified in the admin panel.

We lack the funds to scale this company at a rate that can handle the rapid growth.
Our limited funding comes from private investors. We've invested over $100,000 into the business. Our current mainframe has the capability to support over
5,000,000 impressions per month (which amounts to approximately $10,000/mo in revenue assuming a $0.50
CPM rate). But we lack the funds to hire a marketing team to capture publishers and advertisers.
The demand for mobile ad space far exceeds the current inventory supplied by publishers.

We also have the ability to target contextual ads on webpages by scanning keywords contained within
the page, and allowing advertisers to bid on keywords.

We are looking to sell all our assets and technology, and we are willing to sign a 3year non-compete agreement as well.

salary.
