How to send Many Emails at the Same time for Marketing our Products or Services?

Hello Friends,

can anybody suggest me a good way to send multiple emails at the same time? I tried the feature for marketing some of my products and services to the previous buyers via hotmail and gmail. These two services offers only limited mails per day. The main drawback is it is showing all the mails (if we send to 10 members it shows the emails of all the ten guys with the header ) this looks odd. I tried some services like aweber but they are paid services. Can anybody suggest some good way for this?

Let me please suggest that if you want to be taken seriously online as a marketer of anything,
you need an autoresponder and a domain name of your own that you can use for
email addresses

 

You simply have to make a small script in any language. That's pretty easy and depending on the amount of emails, you might need to do a crontask to avoid sending too many emails at once.

I am serious on this. But what is the benefit with an autoresponder? And yeah I've a few domain names registered in my name..

you can use softwares like sendblaster to send 100's of emails.

 

Get Malaysian or like that bullet proof hosting package. And send your emails via server.

 

with autoresponder you can set your emails to be delivered when you get the email. it`s like a "thank you message" with your affiliate links inside

 

Rent a cheap VPS (abou 20 USD) and install a mailist script as 12all (about xxx USD) or phplist (free)
Or you can search mailist script on Hotscripts.com
It's easy to send lots of email out and it's easy to check how many read your emails and which links.

Don't spam, otherwise your VPS hosting may kick you out and ISPs may block your domain or ip.
Mark sure the emails are opt-in and allow them unscribe from your mailist.(mailist script can handle that easily)

 

There are a lot of methods of automatic sending, just google for it.
Some of the software free some of software not but if you want to work seriosly than it's better to use special services.

I just found an email sending software 'Email sender Deluxe' Purchased it too. But don't know how to set up an SMTP connection. Can anybody help me?

 

SMTP is the major limitaion for you to send lots of email by GMAIL or Yahoo mail or some other ISP's free email boxs.

So I told you to rent a VPS already. Then you can have your own SMTP. How many emails to send as you wish
(of course, don't overload your VPS, otherwise your VPS hosting will kick you out as well)
Now almost all ISP or mail provider as GMAIL or Yahoo mail don't allow you send too many emails.

I just want to send a few hundreds per week. So is it necessary to use VPS? Can't I try with gmail smtp or msn with authentication?

I am not sure how many Gmail free version SMTP can send one day.
You can pay for google apps for gmail.
I remeber their support reply that you can send 2000 emails one day.
Paid and free Gmail both can let you use smtp.

Google "gmail smtp", you might find the SMTP detail.

As for VPS, in my idea, if you don't send over 30,000 newsletters one time. You may not need it.

 

You do not need VPS.. just use the free ones..SMTP script works with free email like gmail too. be sure you have permission or your activity will be shut down pretty quick..

I tried sending some sample emails from my live account through this software and the results are wonderful. But could you make some more clear information about the 'permission' part? What exactly is this? Do we have to get some permissions for using softwares?

One thing I've learned about marketing online is that mass marketing is not the way to go. That equals SPAM and can get you banned.

You want small targeted, targeted audience that is willing to respond to what you have to offer. You have to find those people through keyword research or visiting relevant forums or Twitter or attract them with the useful content of your blog. A number of ways.

I recommend you study the legitimate methods first and get a foundation in making money online, then you narrow down your method. If you want to do email marketing properly, there's a certain way to do it, and the results take a few months to see progress.

Be patient in this business. Learn how to do it correctly.

I am using my own software so I don't understand this - even if it is spam who is going to ban me?
Also I am not sending 1000s emails per day. Just a few hundreds once in a week. And the emails never carry some affiliate links. It just carry updates about my blog or services.

 

if you have a email list their are services that provide mass emailing smtp

they are quite pricy but the results pay off good if you send good mail.

make sure its not written in a spam like way.

also if sending to hotmail adresses dont use images!
they do make your email look more proffessional but i never click the show content from unknown senders and than the markup of the email is really ugly!

thanks for the tip. But could you make it clear about sending pictures. I use some templates (of course may be pictures are there). How this can harm the campaign?
